The builders had plumbed my new-build flat in wrongly: the cold feed to the washing machine, tap and dishwasher in the kitchen all delivered hot water. Russel came round and checked things out, explained the options in a straightforward way and fixed all the problems simply and quickly in about 60 minutes. He did a great job of cleaning up after also, and he's extremely courteous. I shall never use another plumber again. Highly recommended.

We asked Russel to replace some of our radiator valves with thermostatic valves based on reviews we had read on Which Local. He was very reliable, turning up on time as arranged, and was great about contacting us when he said he would to quote for another job. He was very friendly, giving us advice about one or two other queries, and overall we were very impressed. We will definitely be using him again.

We asked Russell to replace our existing bathroom suite. He was extremely helpful and even advised us on a good place to go to buy our new suite. We found him to be efficient, friendly and good to deal with. He kept us up to date on his progress and highlighted any problems that arose. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him for any plumbing jobs.

Russel correctly diagnosed a leak in my bathroom and mended it with expertise. I have had no further leaks in the month since his visit. He was very pleasant and accommodating and I have already recommended him to local friends.

Russel started well by turning up on time. He took our radiators off the wall so we could have some damp-proofing work done and replaced them when it was complete. He was extremely helpful and courteous at all times and took care with everything he did: he noticed that we wore slippers in the house so automatically took his shoes off to protect our floor; he set his toolbox on newspapers rather than straight on our wooden floor! In short he was careful with our house. He cleaned up after himself and left our house in a better condition than when he arrived. In summary, he was the perfect plumber and couldn't have done more to help us! We will definitely use him for all of our future plumbing needs.
